We are taking it slow this week. No real exercise is planed. Today I went and hit some golf balls. Hit mostly wedges, a couple of 3 woods and 5 irons, but mostly easy sand wedges, gap wedges and 48 degree wedges. Not expecting much, but did have a pretty good session.
Changed a little with the transition from the back swing to the downswing. Not much of a stop or pause and actually trying to start down before I finish by back swing. When I had a deeper loading on my right hip I hit the ball very good. Now with any change, it will only a thousand swings to grove this new change. And a thousand more to make ever other change I’m making in my swing.
