So this is day 2. What have you done today to further your journey along the path to ultimate health? Boy that’s a lot of blah blah words. Just do something, and it’s not really a “journey” is it. You’ll be standing in the same place tomorrow as today, just in better shape…hopefully.
Now what you see above is hopefully a little of how this blog will be written. The bolded, italics indicate thoughts and words by Ralph Colby. My writing partner. He will (hopefully) shed some humor and sanity to this blog. We will see.. Yeah sure.
So WHAT have you done. I have gone to the driving range and worked on my transition from the NEW top of the swing to the hitting zone. Plus I’ve changed my eye line. My focus. I now focus on the TOP of the ball. Wedge work..pretty good. Mid Iron work…okay. Driver…hit and miss. It does take a thousand shots to change a swing thought.
I will go into more detail on these golf fixes next week. For me today is FRIDAY. And I’m winding down my reality life (work…a paycheck) and I’m transitioning to a relaxing weekend.
